Benefits backed by science

Antioxidants

Our formulation is a powerful blend of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts. One of these plant extracts is hydroxytyrosol, one of the most potent natural antioxidants, found in olive trees, which research suggests fights the signs of aging. It has also been linked to a range of health benefits, including; protecting the cardiovascular system, reducing neurodegenerative processes and boosting the immune system.

Omega-3

Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to positively affect risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease. Omega-3 fatty acids promote overall brain health, in order to keep it functioning optimally. Omega-3 has anti-inflammatory properties that activate in the brain and may help balance your mood. Your retinas contain high concentrations of DHA. Omega-3 fatty acids may promote eye health by relieving pressure, supporting retinal integrity, and maintaining visual function. Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to increase the amount of calcium you absorb from your gut partly by enhancing the effect of vitamin D, and improve the strength of your bones and synthesis of bone collagen.

Vitamin D

The presence of vitamin D stimulates bone cells to make new bone tissue, increasing bone density. Numerous studies indicate the link between healthy vitamin D levels and a strong immune system. Adequate vitamin D in the body is associated with decreased likelihood of catching infections, and increased effectiveness of the immune system. Studies have also shown that vitamin D increases serotonin levels in the brain improving your mood and a sense of wellbeing.

Why our Men 50+ Bundle

Antioxidants

Containing resveratrol, an antioxidant-like compound found in red wine, berries and peanuts. Resveratrol has been linked to a range of health benefits, including protecting brain function and lowering blood pressure. Also containing hydroxytyrosol, one of the most potent natural antioxidants, found in olive trees. It has been linked to a range of health benefits, including protecting the cardiovascular system, reducing neurodegenerative processes and boosting the immune system.

Omega-3

Our advanced liquid formula is designed for rapid absorption. Our capsules contain EPA and DHA, natural sources of omega-3 found in fish oil. Our formulation also contains vitamin E for its additional health benefits and for stability. It is produced from a cold-press extraction method to preserve all the goodness.

Vitamin D

Not all vitamin D is created equally. We've designed a liquid formula for higher bioavailability, and we've added sunflower oil to enhance absorption. We use D3 because it's the same biologically active form of vitamin D that your body produces as it supports the function of more than 3,000 cells in your body.

Interesting Facts

Are there antioxidants that cannot be produced by the body?

Yes, some examples of antioxidants that come from outside the body include vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, lycopene, lutein, selenium manganese, zeaxanthin.

Flavonoids, flavones, catechins, polyphenols, and phytoestrogens are all types of antioxidants and phytonutrients, and they are all found in plant-based foods.

What foods contain antioxidants that the body cannot produce?

Vitamin A: Dairy produce, eggs, and liver

Vitamin C: Most fruits and vegetables, especially berries, oranges, and bell peppers

Vitamin E: Nuts and seeds, sunflower and other vegetable oils, and green, leafy vegetables

Beta-carotene: Brightly colored fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, peas, spinach, and mangos

Lycopene: Pink and red fruits and vegetables, including tomatoes and watermelon

Lutein: Green, leafy vegetables, corn, papaya, and oranges

Selenium: Rice, corn, wheat, and other whole grains, as well as nuts, eggs, cheese, and legumes

Which medication does omega-3 interfere with? Will it have any side effects?

If you are currently being treated with blood thinning medications, blood sugar levels lowering medications, cholesterol lowering medications, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, you should not take omega-3 supplements without first speaking to your healthcare professional. Equally, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or take other prescription medications, we recommend that you speak to your healthcare professional before supplementing omega-3.

Is vitamin D really that important?

Vitamin D is one of the 24 micronutrients your body needs to survive, but it is not found in many different foods. As we age, our production declines — for example, a 70-year-old makes 75% less vitamin D3 than a 20-year-old does. We also suggest supplementation during the fall and winter months due to the lack of natural sunlight. It's no surprise that these seasons are the peak of the cold and flu season.

What are some other benefits of vitamin D?

Common deficiency: It’s estimated that around 1 billion people globally suffer from low levels of vitamin D. Symptoms of vitamin D deficiency are varied and not immediately recognisable, that's why it is advisable to supplement your diet.

From brain to bones: Studies show that vitamin D is key for regulating the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and normal growth and development of bones and teeth. It's also shown to play a role in supporting your cardiovascular health, respiratory system, cognitive health and muscle function, while also helping the immune system fight free radicals.
