Benefits backed by science

Immunity complex

Contains beta glucans which naturally boost the immune system by optimising its response to diseases and infections. They are crucial weapons in the fight to stay healthy. Also contains a range of potent antioxidants including selenium, zinc and vitamin C, all of which have a positive effect on virtually every aspect of your immune system,

Probiotics

Prebiotics and probiotics may help boost your immune system and protect against infections by inhibiting the growth of harmful gut bacteria.

Vitamin D

Numerous studies indicate the link between healthy vitamin D levels and a strong immune system. Adequate vitamin D in the body is associated with decreased likelihood of catching infections, and increased effectiveness of the immune system.

Why our Immunity Bundle

Immunity complex

Optimised formula containing beta glucans, which naturally boost the immune system by optimising its response to diseases and infections. Also contains powerful antioxidants such as zinc, selenium and vitamin C, three powerful weapons in the fight for immunity.

Probiotics

Our 2-in-1 pre and probiotic blend contains optimised and carefully selected prebiotics and probiotics that will tackle gastrointestinal issues, support your immune system, help maintain a balanced mood, promote skin and cardiovascular health and combat urinary tract infections.

Vitamin D

Not all vitamin D is created equally. We've designed a liquid formula for higher bioavailability, and we've added sunflower oil to enhance absorption. We use vitamin D3 because it's the same biologically active form of vitamin D that your body produces as it supports the function of more than 3,000 cells in your body.

Interesting Facts

What foods contain antioxidants that the body cannot produce?

Vitamin A: Dairy produce, eggs, and liver

Vitamin C: Most fruits and vegetables, especially berries, oranges, and bell peppers

Vitamin E: Nuts and seeds, sunflower and other vegetable oils, and green, leafy vegetables

Beta-carotene: Brightly colored fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, peas, spinach, and mangos

Lycopene: Pink and red fruits and vegetables, including tomatoes and watermelon

Lutein: Green, leafy vegetables, corn, papaya, and oranges

Selenium: Rice, corn, wheat, and other whole grains, as well as nuts, eggs, cheese, and legumes

When is the best time to take probiotics?

There is no set time to take our Probiotics – whenever works for you. The secret to absorption is taking them on an empty stomach because it increases the chances of the probiotics surviving the journey from the acidic stomach to the gut. When we eat, our acidity levels rise and disrupt the process. We also recommend not taking our Probiotics with a hot drink as it can destroy the good bacteria.

Where does vitamin D come from?

Vitamin D is actually a hormone, which our bodies manufacture when sunlight hits our skin or through diet and supplements.

Most foods do not contain vitamin D. Milk is the most common food to which vitamin D is sometimes added during processing. Fatty fish like tuna also naturally contain vitamin D.

Is vitamin D really that important?

Vitamin D is one of the 24 micronutrients your body needs to survive, but it is not found in many different foods. As we age, our production declines — for example, a 70-year-old makes 75% less vitamin D3 than a 20-year-old does. We also suggest supplementation during the fall and winter months due to the lack of natural sunlight. It's no surprise that these seasons are the peak of the cold and flu season.
